A: Home city is the city where you registered (and probably where you reside and conduct business). It controls where your profile is listed and which alerts and notifications you receive. If you are a corporate member it also determines where you can post events & jobs, search resumes, business directory listing, and others. Q: Do I need to create an account with other cities in order to log in there?
A: No. Your registration with us allows you access to any city that we cover. Your username and password are the same no matter where you log in Q: Does it matter which city I register in?
A: Yes. Your Home City is set to the city where you registered. By default, all event alerts, newsletters, and
other functionality is tied to that city. Q: Can I change my Home City?
A: Yes. Please contact membership department and we can help you with that. Q: Can I be listed in more than 1 city?
A: Yes. You can have you profile listed in more than city. Please contact our membership department and we can help you with that. Q: Can I receive event alerts and newsletters from cities other than my Home City?
A: Absolutely. Simply select cities that you want from the list in the Alerts section. Q: Can I be connected to a professional member in another city?
A: Yes. You can invite members to join your network regardless of their Home City. |
